Day 1 Day 1 – Depart U.S.A.

Day 2 Day 2 – Arrive Madrid
Get some rest for tomorrow.
Day 3 Day 3 – Madrid
Our morning guided city tour will visit panoramically some of its main attractions: Fountains of Cibeles and Neptuno and the famous Plaza Mayor and old town, visiting the inside of the Prado Museum. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4 Day 4 – Madrid - Zaragoza - Lourdes
Depart for Zaragoza, located on the banks of the Ebro River. Find a stunning legacy of monuments in the streets of the city, vestiges of the Roman, Moorish, Jewish and Christian communities. Our tour includes the famous Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. In the afternoon, we drive to Lourdes. After dinner, participate in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.
Day 5 Day 5 – Lourdes
Today we visit the historical and spiritual sites associated with St. Bernadette. We begin at the shrine and then continue on a walking tour visiting the Basilica of Pius X, Boly Mill, and the Parish Church and spend time on the sanctuary grounds for prayers and joining in the Way of the Cross and blessing of the sick..
Day 6 Day 6 – Lourdes - San Sebastian - Loyola - Bilbao
This morning we say goodbye to Our Lady of Lourdes and drive towards Spain. We stop in San Sebastian, one of the most attractive cities on the Cantabrian coast. After a visit of the old downtown, we continue to Loyola, the birthplace of San Ignacio de Loyola and founder of the Jesuit religious order. We visit the San Ignacio de Loyola Monastery and then to Bilbao situated in the territory of Bizkaia, the only city surrounded by fertile landscapes, with forests, mountains, beaches and steep coast.
Day 7 Day 7 – Bilbao - Garabandal
After a morning guided city tour of the old town of Bilbao, we drive up to Garabandal and spend time in religious activities in the place where many witnessed the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Day 8 Day 8 – Garabandal - Santiago de Compostela
After Mass and religious activities, we start driving the pilgrim’s route to Santiago de Compostela, the historic holy town which became one of the most important monumental and spiritual sites in the world.
Day 9 Day 9 – Santiago de Compostela
Santiago de Compostela is the third largest holy city of the Christian world. Visit the Cathedral and the tomb of St. James located at Plaza del Obradoiro. We will spend time around the Cathedral and the Plaza and explore other parts of the city on our own.
Day 10 Day 10 – Santiago de Compostela - Oporto - Fatima
Drive towards Fatima. En route, we stop in Oporto. In 1993 Porto City started the process to receive the UNESCO classification of Heritage of International Importance for the Porto Historic Center. Afternoon guided tour of the Ribeira quarter, the decorated facades, the St. Francisco Church, the Stock Exchange Palace. We will have time to stop at one of its wine cellars, located to the side of the river, where we have an extraordinary view of the city, the Douro and its bridges. Continue to Fatima.
Day 11 Day 11 – Fatima
All day in and around Fatima. Visit the shrine’s grounds, the Basilica with the tombs of Francisco and Jacinta, Aljustrel and Valinhos; the homes of the little shepherds, site of the first and third visit of the “Angel of Peace” and the site of Our Lady’s fourth Apparition. Then to the Parish Church and the cemetery where Francisco and Jacinta were once buried. After dinner join pilgrims from around the world in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.
Day 12 Day 12 – Fatima - Batalha - Alcobaca - Lisbon
Today we depart Fatima and stop in Batalha to see the magnificent XIVth century Monastery and another stop in Alcobaca to visit the XIII century Abbey founded by the first king of Portugal. Then to Lisbon, the largest city in Portugal and the westernmost capital in Europe. We visit the historic center, the Monastery of St. Geronimo, Belem Tower and the Basilica of St. Anthony.
Day 13 Day 13 – Return to USA
