Day 1 Day 1 – Depart U.S.A

Day 2 Day 2 – Arrive Lisbon
Get rest for tomorrow.
Day 3 Day 3 – Lisbon - Santarem - Fatima
Enjoy a panoramic tour of Lisbon including the Basilica of St. Anthony, St. Jeronimo’s Monastery and Belem Tower. Continue to Santarem, home to one of the oldest Eucharistic miracles. Continue to Fatima; visit the Chapel of the Apparitions, the Basilica with tombs of Francisco and Jacinta, Perpetual Adoration Chapel. After dinner join other pilgrims in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.
Day 4 Day 4 – Fatima - Salamanca - Burgos
Bid farewell to Our Lady of Fatima and drive towards Salamanca to visit the old Roman style Cathedral with its altar of 53 scenes from the life of Christ and the new Gothic style Cathedral. Enjoy a leisurely walk and shopping at the Plaza Mayor, one of the most beautiful in Spain. Continue to Burgos.
Day 5 Day 5 – Burgos - San Sebastian - Lourdes
This morning we will visit Burgos, home to the magnificent Cathedral and burial place of many Spanish Kings. Continue to San Sebastian, where we can enjoy a walk along La Concha beach. Enjoy some free time for lunch and then continue to Lourdes.
Day 6 Day 6 – Lourdes
Visit the historical and spiritual sites associated with Bernadette, the visionary child of Lourdes. We begin with Holy Mass at the Grotto of the Apparitions, and then continue on a guided walking tour visiting the Basilica of St. Pius X, Boly Mill, Soubirous family home, the Basilica of the Rosary, Miraculous Spring and the Healing Baths. After dinner, join pilgrims in the nightly rosary and candlelight procession.
Day 7 Day 7 – Lourdes - Paray le Monial
Depart towards Paray le Monial, home to the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Visit the Chapel of the Visitation where Jesus exposed His Sacred Heart to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque during a number of apparitions. Dinner and overnight in Paray le Monial.
Day 8 Day 8 – Paray le Monial - Nevers
Drive to Nevers to visit the places associated with St. Bernadette. On the St. Gildard convent ground lies the chapel containing the incorrupt body of St. Bernadette. See the Museum and historical documents, convent grounds and statue of Our Lady of Water, Bernadette’s favorite statue and replica of Lourdes Grotto.
Day 9 Day 9 – Nevers - Paris
Depart to Paris. Visit the Cathedral of Notre Dame, St. Vincent de Paul Chapel, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, drive through the ChampsElysees, Arc de Triomphe and a stop at the Eiffel Tower for pictures. Later, we drive up to Montmartre and visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and enjoy a beautiful view of Paris from the hill.
Day 10 Day 10 – Paris - Milan - Padua
Transfer to Paris airport to take our flight to Milan and then drive to Padua, the home of St. Anthony, patron saint of things lost.
Day 11 Day 11 – Padua - Orvieto - Cascia
After breakfast visit the richly decorated tomb inside the Basilica. One of the Catholic Church’s greatest preachers, St. Anthony’s incorrupt tongue is kept in the Chapel of the Reliquaries. Continue to Orvieto to see the Cathedral. View the holy corporal containing the blood from the Eucharistic Miracle of Orvieto in 1262 that occasioned the proclamation of the Feast of Corpus Christi. In Cascia visit the Basilica of St. Rita, the Chapel with St. Rita’s incorrupt body and relics, the Eucharistic Miracle, Relics of St. Rita, including her wedding ring, habit and Crucifix from which she received the stigmata.
Day 12 Day 12 – Cascia - Loreto - Rome
Today we drive to Loreto, to see the family house of Jesus, Mary and Joseph located inside the Basilica of Loreto, where it has been since 1294. We continue our drive to Rome.
Day 13 Day 13 – Papal Audience - Rome
Transfer to the Vatican City to join pilgrims from around the world for an audience with His Holiness the Pope (subject to the Holy Father’s schedule and health). Following the audience, visit the crypt of Pope John Paul II. Visit the Basilica of St. Mary Major, St. John in Lateran, the Holy Stairs and the Basilica of St. Paul ‘s Outside the Walls.
Day 14 Day 14 – Return to USA
