Day 1 October 10 – Depart the USA

Los Angeles: Depart Los Angeles on flight LH453 at 3:50pm. 

Las Vegas: Depart Las Vegas on LH9315 at 11:35am. Arrive Denver at 2:30pm. Depart Denver on LH481 at 481 at 4:05pm.

Day 2 October 11 – Munich Arrival

LAX: Arrive Munich at 1:35pm. 

LSV: Arrive Munich at 9:40am.
Upon arrival in Munich, meet your tour escort and board the coach. Transfer into the city.

Day 3 October 12 – Munich

Breakfast at the hotel. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Enjoy a short tour of Munich. See Marienplatz with the world-famous Glockenspiel and the twin-towered Frauenkirche, the most familiar landmark of old Munich. Continue to see the Town Hall, Asamkirche, the magnificent boulevard Feldherrenhalle, Ludwigsstrasse, Siegestor, the Residenz (palace of the kings of Bavaria), and the Hofgarten. Lunch on your own. Afternoon at leisure for shopping and relaxing.

Day 4 October 13 – Munich · Marktl am Inn · Prague

Breakfast at the hotel. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Drive to Prague with a stop in Marktl am Inn, the birthplace of Pope Benedict XVI. Visit his birthplace and the Church of St. Oswald, where he was baptized. Lunch on your own. Continue to Prague.

Day 5 October 14 – Prague

Full day of sightseeing in Prague focusing on Hradčany Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Castle, St. George’s Basilica, and the Church of Our Lady Victorious to see the Infant Jesus of Prague. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Cross Charles Bridge and visit the Old Town, Market Square, Astronomical Clock, Wenceslas Square, and Josefov, the Jewish Quarter. Lunch on your own. Rest of the day free for walking, shopping, and relaxing.

Day 6 October 15 – Prague · Łagiewniki · Kraków

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kraków. Lunch on your own en route. Stop in Łagiewniki, the capital of Divine Mercy. Visit the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, including the image of the Merciful Jesus, the relics of St. Faustina, her convent chapel, and her tomb. Celebrate Mass at the Divine Mercy Shrine.

Day 7 October 16 – Kraków · Wadowice · Kraków

Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour of Kraków beginning at Wawel Hill and Wawel Cathedral. Continue to Market Square via Kanonicza Street, pass the Papal Window at the Bishop’s Palace, and see Collegium Maius where Pope John Paul II studied. Visit St. Mary’s Church, famous for Wit Stwosz’s wooden altar. Lunch on your own, then drive to Wadowice. Celebrate Mass at the Church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary where Saint John Paul II was baptized. Visit his birthplace and childhood home, now a museum. Return to Kraków.

Day 8 October 17 – Kraków · Częstochowa · Warsaw

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Warsaw with a stop in Częstochowa. Visit Jasna Góra Monastery with a guided tour including the Treasury, Knight’s Hall, Refectory, Basilica of the Holy Cross, and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. View the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna. Celebrate Mass at one of the chapels. Lunch on your own and continue to Warsaw.

Day 9 October 18 – Warsaw · Vilnius

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, closely associated with Saint Faustina and the origins of the Divine Mercy devotion. Celebrate Mass at the Sanctuary. Drive to Vilnius with lunch on your own en route.

Day 10 October 19 – Vilnius

Meet your local guide for a tour of the Old Town, including the Cathedral of St. Stanislaus, Gediminas Tower, Church of St. Anne, Bernardine Church, and the Gates of Dawn with its miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary. Lunch on your own. Visit the Divine Mercy Shrine to see the original image of Divine Mercy and celebrate Mass. Continue to the Church of St. Peter and Paul and the House of St. Faustina. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 11 October 20 – Vilnius · Šiluva · Hill of Crosses · Riga

Breakfast at the hotel. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Drive to Riga with a stop in Šiluva to visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Šiluva. Lunch on your own. Stop at the Hill of Crosses near Šiauliai, a centuries-old pilgrimage site covered with thousands of crosses. Continue to Riga.

Day 12 October 21 – Riga

Breakfast at the hotel. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Visit Riga, where the skyline of the Old City is dominated by Dom Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, and St. Jacob’s Church. Lunch on your own. See the National Theater, where Latvia’s independence was declared in 1918, and the Freedom Monument.

Day 13 October 22 – Riga · Tallinn

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tallinn. Lunch on your own. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Guided tour of Tallinn including views of the Gulf of Finland, Toompea Palace, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Dome Church, Old Town, Town Hall, Freedom Square, and other UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Day 14 October 23 – Tallinn Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tallinn Airport.

LAX: Depart Tallin on LH885 at 6:10am. Arrive Frankfurt at 7:40am. Depart Frankfurt on LH456 at 10:40am. Arrive Los Angeles at 1:10pm.
